Personal, Social and Emotional (PSED)

We have been learning all about ourselves and our families. We have looked at our features in the mirror and started naming our physical characteristics. We have shared family photo's and re told events from home.

We all sit down for snack and lunchtimes together - promoting independence with mealtimes and handing out bowls and snack. 

We promote positive relationships between peers - this term we worked together to create coloured hand prints and encourage turn taking and sharing through out play.

We have introduced a new emotions board for self registering in the mornings - the children put their photo on the emotion they are feeling - this may change throughout the day.
