Today during RE, Swift Class created a quiet prayerful atmosphere, and read Psalm 1. We explained that talking and listening to God is prayer. People pray at any time. They can pray for their families, friends, themselves and what happens in their lives. We then used the children’s names as part of a prayer. We put all of the children’s names in our bible. When a name was picked out, the child named stood and the class were invited to say “Please God, take care of…” We then decorated our special names.
